We did accomplish planting and nurturing our own orchard, thanks to our love for nature & a fortunate string of welcome coincidences.
Driven by our tech & marketing experiences, we wanted to differentiate ourselves from the standard ”dried nut” business, looking for a different, premium & preferably innovative produce.
At our first encounter with the term “dried nuts”, our first thought was “why only dried”?
Greece is a heaven of many fresh fruits and vegetables and furthermore a top-quality producer of almonds, walnuts and pistachios, among other nuts.
We are joining forces with some of the best walnut, almond and pistachio producers of our greater region, aiming at offering only premium, fresh, optimally packaged and fully-refrigerated produce, using best practices and original findings from our own 3-year research. Furthermore, as two of them own the best nut processing plants of Central Greece, our team now possesses end-to-end “orchard-to-consumer” integration. Stay tuned.

We were fortunate enough to forge an early relationship with the “ELGO-Demeter” R&D Facility in Lykovrisi, Athens (GR), establishing together with the “Institute of Technology on Agricultural Products” a 3-yr R&D program, funded jointly by Greece & EU, under the “COMPETITIVENESS, ENTREPRENEURSHIP & INNOVATION Operational Programme 2014-2020”.

We strive for the best possible product quality, starting from periodical water, soil and intra-leaf lab-testing.
Testing our final produce against 650+ of pesticide, mycotoxin, phosphonate etc. residuals has proven to us that our carefully selected cultivation methods result to the quality equivalent of an organic nut:
