With careers in Consulting and Mechanical Engineering, my wife and myself lay quite far from arboriculture, but not anymore. We did accomplish planting and nurturing our own orchard, thanks to our love for nature & a fortunate string of welcome coincidences.

On a sunlit piece of land, at the foothills of Mt. Parnassus in Central Greece, we are currently growing our own “small walnut forest”, adjacent to a twisty small river and close to the picturesque Amfiklia village.

We strongly believe that our ethos* carves our own path through life. We strive to adhere to our moral values, be it for our major gift in life (our daughter) or for our social affairs, business partners or team members. We therefore aim to work with like-minded individuals & businesses across EU, growing year-by-year towards sustainable, ultra-low footprint, tech-friendly cultivations, starting by bringing Freshness to a Dried World.
