Driven by our tech & marketing experiences, we wanted to differentiate ourselves from the standard ”dried nut” business, looking for a different, premium & preferably innovative produce.

At our first encounter with the term “dried nuts”, our first thought was “why only dried?”

Greece is a heaven of many fresh fruits and vegetables and furthermore a top-quality producer of almonds, walnuts and pistachios, among other nuts. To our knowledge, practically everyone who has tasted any fresh nut right-off-the-tree, agrees that the taste, the texture, the aftertaste (and even the aroma in case of pistachios!) are so unique… let alone the huge difference in all nutritional/antioxidant ingredients.

We are therefore striving to offer fresh, fresh-frozen or athermally-dried walnuts, almonds and pistachios of premium quality, tech-proven provenance, properly refrigerated from “farm-to-your-closest-deli” and profoundly superior in nutritional value, taste and appearance.
